Jovy Solutions Group provides administrative support services including but not limited to:

• Product and OTC label review support
• Virtual administrative support
• Passport and document preparation support
• Housing and document assistance
• Travel planning coordination
• Notary services (when available)
• Individual tax preparation services (when authorized and active)

All services are administrative in nature unless otherwise explicitly stated.

We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or certified professional advice unless separately licensed and disclosed.

3. No Legal or Professional Advice

Jovy Solutions Group does not provide legal, medical, accounting, CPA, or regulatory certification services. Any information provided is for administrative support purposes only.

Final responsibility for compliance, filing accuracy, regulatory adherence, and decision-making remains with the client.

4. Service Process & Payment

Scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed prior to beginning work.

Payment may be required in full or in part before services begin.

Rush services may be subject to additional fees.

For label review services:
A $25 discount is applied to each additional product submitted at the same time.

All fees are disclosed before work begins.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the structured and time-based nature of administrative services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a service is cancelled prior to work beginning, eligibility for a refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Completed services are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jovy Solutions Group shall not be held liable for:

• Regulatory decisions
• Government processing delays
• Denied applications
• Product recalls
• Third-party errors
• Client-submitted inaccuracies
• Business losses or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit requested documentation in a timely manner
• Review all deliverables before submission or implementation
• Maintain final decision-making responsibility

Failure to provide accurate information may impact service outcomes.
